This expert talk is designed to introduce MBA students to essential data analytics tools, enabling them to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.

Target Audience

This event was tailored for Management students of Business Analytics, particularly those aspiring to build careers in Analytics. The Series is designed to enhance their expertise in the domain of tools used for Analytics, preparing them for dynamic roles in the evolving corporate and technological landscape.

Report on Alumni Connect Series on Landscape of Data Analytics in collaboration with Analytic Junction Club at Chandigarh School of Business The Alumni Connect Series featured two alumni from different companies who shared their career journeys and industry experiences. They emphasized adaptability, continuous learning, and the latest industry trends. The speakers highlighted in-demand tools like Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL and Tableu. They provided insights into industry expectations and essential skills for career growth. A Q&A session allowed students to gain clarity on career paths and skill development. Overall, the event was insightful and beneficial for students’ professional growth.

Methodology:

The event followed an interactive approach, beginning with alumni sharing their career journeys and industry insights. This was followed by a hands-on training session on Power BI, where students learned practical data visualization and analytics skills. The session concluded with an open Q&A, allowing participants to seek guidance on career opportunities and industry demands.
