The Grievance Redressal Committee at CSB Jhanjeri serves as a pivotal institution for addressing concerns and conflicts encountered by members of the academic community, including students, faculty, and staff. It operates as a centralized platform for the resolution of diverse issues encompassing academic, administrative, and interpersonal realms.

Serving as a bridge between individuals with grievances and the appropriate authorities, the Grievance Redressal Committee fosters productive discussions and swift conflict resolution.

At CSB Jhanjeri, this Committee takes a proactive stance, not only resolving issues promptly but also working to prevent them and enact broader institutional improvements. Guided by principles of fairness and responsibility, it strives to cultivate an environment that nurtures both academic and personal development.

Objectives

  • Established to investigate complaints from students, faculty, and non-teaching staff
  • Addresses grievances on an individual, group, and communal level
  • Handles appeals concerning decisions made by other committees or authorities
  • Maintains a grievance register and regularly reviews it to take corrective measures
  • Grievances that fall outside the department's jurisdiction will be escalated to management for further action
