Eligibility Criteria

• Final year undergraduate students (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, etc.) who aspire to build careers in management and leadership roles.
• MBA and postgraduate students interested in strengthening their strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial capabilities.
• Early-career professionals with 0–5 years of work experience seeking to develop leadership and decision-making skills.
• Executives and entrepreneurs who wish to enhance their strategic thinking, innovation management, and business leadership competencies.

Selection Process

• Applications will be evaluated based on academic background, professional experience (if applicable)
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete an online assessment test.
• Final selection will be based on an interview conducted by the program committee.
