Our Custom Programs are tailored Management Development Programs co-created with leading organizations to address their strategic business needs. Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 3–5 years of full‑time work experience, with managerial/leadership roles.
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Business, Sciences, Humanities, etc.)
  • Significant exposure to strategic planning, P&L management, budget oversight, or cross‑functional team leadership.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, EMBA, PGDM) or equivalent advanced qualification in management, strategy, or a related field.

Selection Process

  • Candidates will be selected based on their educational qualifications, academic record, work experience, an online test and an Interview.
